Roasted in barbecue sauce till tender.

Shredded duck tossed in panko breadcrumbs and shallow-fried, served with a hoisin sauce.

 

Deep-Fried Brie 

Fingers of French brie cheese coated in golden breadcrumbs accompanied with cranberry and orange relish.

 

Cajun Chicken Goujons  

Tender chicken pieces coated in Cajun spices, shallow-fried and served with a tangy lemon mayonnaise dressing.

 

Homemade Savoury Thai Fishcakes  

Two Thai spiced fishcakes accompanied with a sweet chilli sauce.

Tender pieces of lobster marinated in cream bisque sauce, cheese and breadcrumbs, and grilled.
